Reminder, Book Club this Week!

Hello Fellow Readers,

Reminder: Blue Sky Book Club meets this week, Thursday, April 23rd, at 7:15 pm in the loft at Blue Sky Restaurant. Virginia B. will lead the discussion about These is my Words, by Nancy E. Turner.

This time, Deb, the manager of Pages Books will join the group, since an unforeseen schedule conflict has come up for me. She should arrive by 8pm because her schedule is crowded. She has read so widely, that her input for future book selections will be very valuable.

Several members asked about meeting for dinner before the book discussion. All of you are encouraged to come early for dinner (any month!) probably by at least 6:30pm. Always feel free to bring spouses, friends etc. who are interested in books, to our meetings.

These is my Words was such an enjoyable read, that I am really sorry to miss the discussion. Our book for May 28th will be The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. I'll moderate that discussion.
